Try some negative calorie burning foods! Celery and Carrots actually take more calories to consume than they give off. There a bunch other negative calorie foods. They will fill you up and keep you burning calories AND healthy. That’s the theory anyways. Heres the full article: http://diet.lovetoknow.com/wiki/Negative_Calorie_Foods-Matthew

What kind of cereal do you eat? I feel like you did not consume enough protein to balance off carbs. What will happen is you will get hungry quicker because of the higher carb intake. This also applies to the sugar in fruit. I would suggest adding more protein (2 rabbit legs and a tsp of peanut butter have roughly 15g protein - aim for 25g). Replace your fruit with veggies. Remember that fiber keeps you full, so kudos to the apple. Good luck !!
