Profile
Your Profile Page is initially set as Public Modified*. This means that the most
basic tools will be enabled while the more personal tools will be disabled. You
can set your account to Public or Private within your Profile Setup Page at any
time.
Friends
Adding friends allow those users to see your profile page (based on what you have
enabled), even if its set to private. You can de-friend someone at any time by visiting
your Friends List page.
Private Messages
If your account is set to private you will not be able to receive Private Messages(pm)
unless they are from one of your friends. This is to help prevent spam. If your
account is set to public, anyone can send you a Private Message as long as they
are a registered user.
This is not a means for spam. Anyone caught spamming other users will be dealt with
immediately and may have their account banned.
Ignoring Users
Users can be ignored after they send you a friend request, or from a PM. Once you
ignore a user, they will not be able to send you Private Messages or Friend Requests.
You can see your ignored users list anytime by visiting your Inbox, selecting the
"Ignored Users" link. You may also un-ignore users.
Email
Your Email address will always be kept private, your friends will
NOT be able to see your email address.
You have serveral options on how or if you receive email updates from Matthews Calorie Counter, which
can be enabled and disabled at any time by visiting your

Account Deletions/Bans
When an account is deleted it will be set inactive. We may still retain your information
in our files, however, to resolve disputes, enforce our user agreements, and due

and operation of our web sites. All your pictures will be erased. All forum posts,
added content and comments will remain, with your profile pictures being replaced
with generic pictures. Current points and position on any leaderboard will be kept,
but frozen.
