My Story

I have always been athletic. But I also have a great appetite so I have stuggled keeping weight off. I think that I should be able to eat generally well and not worry about putting on the LB's, but that is not the case. I'm still trying to find the magic combination that works for me.

My Goals For This Year:

I want to loose 12 lbs by my 30th birthday. That would put me at the weight I was at 3 years ago. I have 8 lbs to go and a little over a month. I'm not giving up!
