My Story

Hello my name is Nichole Arthur and I gained 10lbs over the last 3 years due to medical difficulties. I want to start a family but I need to loose at least 68 lbs. before I start. Looking for a forum to find support and creative ideas for weight loss.

My Goals For This Year:

I would like to loose a total of 68 lbs. To go from 248lbs to 180 lbs.
