My Story
My goal is to lose 20 pounds. I started my diet the last week of April this year and have gone from 190 to 178 lbs. by counting calories and staying as close to 2000 per day. I am semi retired and have an active job that keeps me on my feet and moving at lest 6 hrs. during the day.
My Goals For This Year:
My original goal was to lose 20 pounds but now I am thinking of 25. That would take me from 190 to 165 which would be tremendous. The weight lose should help with my BP and cholesterol levels and hopefully sleep apnea.
