My Story
My downfall is menopause. Over the years, I've usually been able to maintain a healthy weight, though not as slim as the past. But menopause blindsided me because of the sleep deprivation. No energy to exercise, becoming indifferent to eating habits because of sheer exhaustion, it really got out of hand.
My Goals For This Year:
Eat healthy, stay within a reasonable calorie target, sleep full nights with help from vitamin supplements, start a gentle yoga practice so I can become more energetic.

Favorite playwrights: Thornton Wilder and Nathan Sanders
Favorite Book: Whatever I'm reading at the moment. Right now I'm reading the Dresden Files Series and I'm studying the Gospel of John, the most metaphysical of the Gospels. That fits me.
