I have an area of about 300 square feet that I would like to use one for. I suspect there is a mold issue. I use a honeywell true heppa with a UVC light upstairs, and it seems to make a big difference. It cost just under $250, but it isn't enough for the downstairs area, and I want to spend less than $250 total. I could get two Germgaurdian units that are rated for medium sized rooms for $200. They have the UVC light that is supposed to kill mold, and a heppa filter. Any suggestions? rockymountainairpurifiers.com
