My Story
I was really tiny & muscular in my 20's. In my 30's I was slender and cardio-fit but had quit lifting. In my 40's I had a baby and quit working (as a constantly moving bartender) but still had a waist. My 50's...well I am now a size 8 from a 2, and don't even recognize myself in the mirror.
I want to live a long life and plan to keep up with my very athletic 9 year-old so...here I am ready to chronicle my journey back to health & fitness.
