My Goals For This Year:

I want to lose fourty pounds, and tone up. I just had my third child and bouncing back isn't as easy this time. I want to work out EVERYDAY for at least 45 minutes, if not more. No more suger, thats my dwn fall! I am currently a size 15, biggest i have ever been, my goal is to get back into my size
