Hello all: I am trying to walk for weight loss. My goal is to walk off a pound a week, which I know is 3,500 calories. My confusion is how does this work? How much walking per week would I have to do? I am 250 lbs, 5'9" and a female. Is this even possible?

Walking and running are great to lose weight quickly...I love to walk daily early in the morning... exercise properly
