I can not take credit for this recipe as i found it on the internet, it is easy and my whole family loved it.They clame each small chicken leg only has 180 cals. first skin chicken,then sprinkle 1\4 tsp garlic powder over every 2 small legs. place on greased broiler rack, broil in oven 20 min, then flip and broil another 10 min, every 5min take chicken out and brush on a mixture of 1\4 cup apple sause to 2 tbps soya sause per 2 legs. enjoy!!!
