In my opinion the depression is the tension and worry behind matters and that allow you to to fall in depression and it effects your eating habit too, that is not a good sign.

The depression is lack of trust and frustration. When we increase to think on depression we cant come back from it.

In my view depression is the heaviness and frustration in our mind . In this situation ,we do not take keen interest in our routine work .
