My Story
i am a 52 year old female mother of 2 grown children, 32, 30, and a grandma of a 3 year old grandson ....who is the reason i am going to get my self healthy again...i have been on diets most of my adult years, i have arthritis bad, and bad knees..torn meniscus in each plus arthritis..but i still can walk ,bike a little and i will do as much as i can..
My Goals For This Year:
to get my self in good health, in body and in spirit...
