My Story
Here is my story..I have been averaged between 117-127# for years. But I also lived off Pepsi and smoked half a pack of cigarettes/day. Weird though cuz I had energy to spare. Then I quit smoking 3 years ago.....and I packed on the pounds and now that I have discovered how good food tastes, I don't want to give it up! I honestly hate to look at myself in the mirror, I just can't believe it's me looking back. I'm now 42 and know I HAVE to do this NOW or I'm going to get bigger and bigger and it's going to be way harder to shed the weight. I've searched every weight loss site in hopes to finding a miracle and some promise just that, but come on..we all know better that accessing those sites cuz we know deep down, weight loss has to come from proper nutrition and exercise. So here I am on a site that has support which I appreciate and need. I am going to do my best to write in here once/week being as every day is too hard with work and raising a family. Here goes.....
My Goals For This Year:
Right now at this moment, any weight loss withing the next month is great as I have been at a stand still for sooooo long!
