I am suffering from depression. I lost my job unexpectedly. I failed to find one at this high time. Still, I am searching, but it is hard to find one. I am too much worried about this. I am losing faith in myself. While feeling too much stress, I seek help from my friends. They will console me and I will be okay for a day. On the next day, I get up with the same thoughts and worries. I have tried to motivate myself but failed. I am really fed up with my life. Also, I am suffering from health problems for the last two months. I lost 10 kg due to depression. If this situation continues, I will be hospitalized very soon. My parents are also worried about my situation. They are planning to take me to a clinic in Toronto for undergoing mindfulness-based cognitive therapy. I shared this with my friends. They also told me to attend the course. But before taking the consultation, I would like to know more about this course. If anyone knows about this, please share your replies. Also, I have lost 10Kg. So please suggest some ways to regain my weight.
