Blindness is a disease that can be treated but i guess natural sighting is more better than natural. The information is nice and helpful.

Retinal , detachment , glaucoma , cataract and head injury are major causes of blindness .Diabetic also cause of blindness because it raises blood pressure that exactly effect on sighting sense but that disease capable to treatment .
