Its been a full month and my weight hasnt moved, plateau?...the first 20 came off fairly quickly. Any ideas on how to jump start again??????

Lisliz, I'm in the same position as you right now. The first 20-30 lbs or so came off really easily in the beginning, but I've been stuck on the plateau for almost a year now and I've started to gain some of it back, which is not a good thing. I'll not say that its easy for you but I am going to recommends you to Eat high-fiber breakfast because it'll help to reduce the quantity of food you are planning to eat at lunch. and try to have a fresh fruit daily during the daytime. It helps to maintain proteins during the dieting hours. Hope you know that you have to avoid restaurants during all this.
