I may be a moderator, but I am also dieting and using the site ; )

Finding low calorie options is always difficult, especially when you are trying not to burn out.

I love sandwiches and LOVE cheese on my sandwiches. Problem is that the one slice of cheese is usually about 130 calories. Ouch!

So I finally found a low calorie option and it tastes great! The cheese alternative is “The Laughing Cow” light original Swiss cheese. They come in 8 spreadable wedges. Each wedge is only 35 calories!
Works perfect for spreading and is in a great portion size.

Heres a link to what they look like, Swiss Cheese. I think you can find these at most grocery stores.

Enjoy!

Cheese contains much calories and fats , it stops to weight loss . So ,I did not agree to eat it during the dieting for weight loss .
