Ingredients: 2 apples, 2 guavas, a small amount of cherry tomatoes, pineapple, milk, yogurt
First, cut apples and guavas into small cubes. Then soak the small cubes in salt water for a while. Then cut pineapple and cherry tomatoes into small pieces and put the pieces into a bowl. Finally fish out apple and guava and top them with milk and yogurt.

Yogurt is very good for health and it is very effective for your hair in the morning time and fruit salad with yogurt is one of the best match for the breakfast.
