I have read many times that steam bathing is beneficial to your muscles. 2 days back we had hot tub installation. Is it good to take a hot bath right after the workout? Does 20 mins in a hot tub, for 2 - 3 times a week bring any good?

I read that steam bath brings these benefits
-feel more relaxed
-lose weight
-healthy heart
-Healthy skin
Any thoughts and info are appreciated. TIA!!
